Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are required to use the Corios Site. We use cookies to assist in delivering personalized service to our visitors. Our persistent and session ID cookies are used to identify unique visitors to the Corios Site.

Third Party Cookies

The use of cookies by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons)

The Corios Site employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons), that help us better manage content on the web site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web visitors. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

Analytics/Log Files

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We use this information, which does not identify individual visitors, to analyze trends, to administer the Corios Site, to track visitors’ movements around the web site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We do link some of this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. This allows us to deliver a better experience and provide more tailored service to our clients.

Social Media

The Corios Site includes social media features, such as links to LinkedIn, Twitter and Google. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These are third party sites and features hosted by third parties. Your interactions with any of these features and/or third party sites are governed by the Privacy Policy of the third party(ies) that own the site providing the features.

Any content you post to a Corios online forum may be publicly viewed and used by anyone on the internet. You are responsible for any content you post, and for any consequences thereof, including the use of your content by other visitors. To protect your privacy, Corios reminds you not to submit personal information in a public forum.
You agree not to post any content (i) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (ii) you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (iii) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; or (iv) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Corios may pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that you post. We may also modify or adapt your content in order to transmit, display or distribute it.
Corios does not control the content posted by public visitors to the Corios Site or the Sites and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will Corios be liable in any way for any user-contributed content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any user-contributed content.
